What to include in your report
- The exact tool name and a link to its page.
- What you expected the tool to do.
- What actually happened, including the error message if one appeared.
- Your device type, browser and approximate time of the issue.
- The steps needed to reproduce the issue, if you know them.
How to submit
Use our Contact Us page to send a report. Mention Tool problem in the subject or message where possible. You do not need to attach private documents to explain a problem.
Privacy and safety
Do not send passwords, financial details, identity documents, medical files or other sensitive personal information in feedback. If a screenshot is helpful, remove confidential details first.
What happens next
